* Oversight of 16 regional sites in 5 states with two other deans
* Supervise 32 regional deans, coordinators & over 850 preceptors
* Review & manage all regional curriculum to ensure continuity
* Great autonomy in developing the position, bi-monthly deans counsel
* Clinical component, hands-on advising & teaching of medical students
