They currently have 34 Anesthesiologists, 22 Residents and 18 CRNAs who work together in the anesthesia care team model. The call schedule is 1:15. They are currently running 12 brand new operating rooms and a large surgical intensive care unit. They are offering $255K to start and a full excellent benefits package.
