Attention anesthesiologists that are looking for new opportunities in the state of Alabama. I have a group that could be looking to add an additional anesthesiologist to their group in 3 to 4 months. You will be working with 3 other docs, and some CRNAs. You will be doing a mix of your own cases, as well as supervising CRNAs. The case load will be a mix of general, and regional anesthesia. Must be proficient in blocks, as well as epidurals. Call would be pager call split between the docs (1:4) and it is mostly OB that requires the call backs. You will have a competitive salary with a benefits package, and that will be negotiated with the group directly. This is not a dire need, they are looking for someone that has ties to northern Alabama, or general region. They can wait for the right candidate to come by, and they will be looking at candidates that are going to root themselves in the community, and grow with the practice. You must be board certified if you have been practicing more than 5 years if practicing under 5 years, you must be in the board process.
