PRACTICE DESCRIPTION: Spinal Rehabilitation Centers, Multiple Locations in UT, Outpatient, Regular Office Hours, No Call
DUTIES (NLT): Nerve root blocks, facet injections, epidurals, S/I joint injections, peripheral nerve blocks and injections, etc.
*No sedation, medication management, or prescribing opioids*
QUALIFICATIONS: BC/BE or Fellowship Trained in Pain Management, clean UT license, and clean history
COMPENSATION: Up to $160/hr plus A+ rated Malpractice Insurance Coverage
