Position Summary:
The Anesthesia Department covers the brand new Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell, Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, and Hamilton Ambulatory Surgery Center
Lead a department of 21 physicians and 30 APNs while maintaining full time clinical duties
Annual surgical case volume projected at 25,000 for all facilities for 2014
Total compensation and benefits package over $500K
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the continued development of the department
Accountable for the financial performance of the department
Attend leadership conferences and leadership development meetings
Recognize talent within the department and delegate for committees
Ability to collaborate effectively with hospital administration
