* Coffee Creek Correctional Facility 24499 SW Grahams Ferry Road Wilsonville, OR 97070 (1 Mid-Level and 1 Primary Care Physician)
* Two Rivers Correctional Institution 82911 Beach Access Rd Umatilla, OR 97882) (1 Mid-Level and 1 Primary Care Physician)
Schedule:
* Monday Friday: 40 hours (4x10 or 5x8).
* Flexible start times between 6:30am -8:30am.
* 20 patient visits, lab/chart/x-ray reviews, and follow up.
* On call = Phone triage ONLY. Fully compensated

* $71,127.00 100,896.00 Annually
