Qualifications include:
* Years of Experience in Specialty: Minimum twelve months experience in their respective specialty
* Minimum Education: Possess a Medical School (MD or DO);
* ACGME approved Residency Program.
* State Licensure: Required
* Certification: Physician assigned will be either American Board Certification or Board Eligible. (ECFMG) if appropriate.
