General Surgeon with Breast Surgery Experience needed in FLORIDA
Florida based Medical Clinic currently has an opening for a general surgeon who is willing to do breast surgery cases as well as general surgery.
They currently have two general surgeons and the volume of work has increased to the point where they need to recruit someone else.
They offer a salary guarantee usually for two years and a buy in to the practice after three years.
Their surgeons like to be busy and are looking for someone with a similar work ethic.

The surgeon would have a bonus structure which increases in the second year and there are benefits which include health insurance, 20 paid days off per year and they have an excellent 401K program. The clinic is physician owned and productivity based.
Their clinic does about 8000 mammograms per year and they currently are sending all of the breast cases out to other surgeons so there is a potential for the surgeon to build a practice quickly. They can be treated as a financial partner as soon as the second year if they develop the practice quickly.
