Joining an established group of 3 Cardiologists - 1 Cardiologist is phasing out to retirement and there is a huge need.

On Call Schedule at Hospital
" 2 physicians on call rotation for our practice. Schedule can be decided between the two physicians and new physician. This would include our practice patients needing care after hours. Our answering service would forward messages to the on call provider for our group. Rarely would the physician be called into the hospital in the middle of the night for this.
" Our local hospital shares an ER on call rotation schedule and a Heart Center Reading day schedule between the local cardiology groups. The frequency of this depends on the # of physicians in the group. It is scheduled for 6 months at a time. We have 1 reading day each week (either a Tuesday or Wednesday). There are a few weeks that we have 2 reading days (both Tuesday and Wednesday). Our group is responsible to read all the heart center testing (EKGs, stress tests, echos, holters, etc
