Must be Board Certified in Cardiology AND have a Heart Failure and Transplant FELLOWSHIP with AT LEAST 2+ years of experience working with a Heart Failure Program. There is also an opening for a Medical Director of the HFT program, if qualified and desired.
Work with an established team of Cardiac specialists developing a state-of-the-art Heart Failure program. The primary responsibilities for this position focus on developing the clinical programs for Heart Failure and collaborating with physicians and staff to grow the program. The position will include clinical duties in the Heart Failure Clinic and patient follow-up and care. Serve a population of over 2 million and have an academic affiliation with medical school
