Maxim Government Services (MGS), a division of Maxim Staffing Solutions, is currently seeking a Psychiatrist to provide service in support of the Deployment Health Clinic (DHC) at Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC), Gulfport, MS (see http://www.pdhealth.mil/dcs/pdhra.asp). Qualifications.
(1) Possess board certification in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or the American Osteopathic Association, OR, Possess residency training and not less than 3 years of experience within the last 5 years as a full-time psychiatrist, OR, Have graduated from a psychiatry residency program within the preceding 12 months.
(2) Notwithstanding the aforementioned requirements or those outlined in Section C of the basic contract, the HCW must have pertinent clinical experience within the past 2 years sufficient to demonstrate current clinical competency for the setting and procedures required by this contract.
Hours of operation.
Services will normally be required Monday through Friday between the hours of 0600 to 1800 for an 8.5 to 9 hour shift which includes an uncompensated .5 to 1-hour meal break. Services will not normally be required on weekends and the day of observance of Federal holidays.
No after hours call.
