Adult Intensivist needed to join established group of 3, located in Fort Myers, Fl. Single hospital, one location. No driving around town. Semi-closed ICU with 100% mandatory ICU consults. Admitting hospitalists do not write orders while patient in ICU. 36 bed joint med-surgical ICU, non step-down + additional 6 bed step down unit. Hybrid 24 hour in house coverage model currently being implemented Mon-Thurs. Weekend Call 1:3-1:4. 24 hr call every third Friday (Sat-Mon off). 48 Hr call every third Sat /Sun (Mon and Tuesday off). Must have competency in procedural skills.
