Comfortable schedule with flexible hours, time off, good environment where doc can be own boss and have total control of patients while receiving support from hospitals and staff. Relo, sign on and other possibilities depending on physician and situation. Will consider visa candidates, but will require longer commitment (3-5 yrs).
