Call will be 1-2 with a strong ED department to cover most ED needs giving you a great work leisure balance. You will be offered a two year salary that can change once you get production up using RVUs. Financial package to include attractive salary, RVU based production bonuses, signing bonus, benefits package includes malpractice, health, ST/LT disability, dental, , pension, TSA Matching fund, vacation, CME with expenses, relocation.
