• Contracted with hospital to run the 12-bed ICU
• Cover 1 hospital and 1 LTAC
• Physician Assistant helps cover the LTAC
• Group is adding Physician Assistants to help cover the ICU, as well
• EBUS skills desired
• Physicians can be Pulm/CC or straight CC
• 1 year partnership track
• $300K first year guarantee plus bonus potential
