CRNA Anesthesia Services to be performed which include, but not limited to:
* Evaluation of patients pre-operatively.
* Administration of anesthetic agent and condition of supportive therapy.
* Undertake post-operative therapy referable to anesthesiology.
* Furnish consultations referable to anesthesiology.
The services to be performed by the contractor will be performed in accordance with VA policies and procedure and the regulations of the medical staff by-laws of the VA facility, available upon request.
The services to be performed by the contractor will be under the direction of: Chief, Surgical Service, VA Medical Center, and Martinsburg WV.
Qualifications:
* Personnel assigned by the contractor to perform the services covered by this contract shall be licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. The qualification of such personnel shall also be subject to review by the VA Chief of Staff and approval by the VA Facility Director.
* All personnel will have an active BCLS and ACLS certification.
Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm (1/2 lunch is unpaid)
