Our client is seeking a full time Board Certified/ Board Eligible General Dermatologist or Mohs Surgeon willing to do a large share of General Dermatology as well for their brand new hospital in Arkansas. This practice offers a 2 year salary guarantee, that you will exceed within the first year easily, based on exiting physician\'s patient base. Practice is booked 5 months out, be busy from day one!

Hospital Clinic Employed, 2 year guaranteed base of $385-400K+, depending on if you are a generalist or Mohs Surgeon, plus generous productivity based bonses plan! After 2 years, go to an "eat what you kill" model, NOT RVU based!
Must be BC/BE
Immediate need, but also hiring for next year, so if you are a 2014 candidate, a generous stipend is avaialble for signing now!
MOHS Certified Lab on site in brand new beautiful first floor medical building attached to brand new hospital (2-5 cases a week)
Work 4.5 days per week

70K in city; 600K Service Area
