The new associate will be doing 100\\% ENDO immediately unless they want to do some IM. The hospital has an inpatient group, and the new endo can share backup phone call with the group or not, depending upon their own needs. The position is hospital employed with a first year salary guarantee, and later compensation is RVU based. An excellent benefit package is included.
