Local hospital has full time CDE on staff, and clinic has part time CDE, 1 PA, nurse and receptionist for Endo department
Main clinic has EMR, lab, physical therapy, speech therapy, radiology dept with digital mammo, x-ray, nuclear, 16 slice CT, Echo, EKG, Lipid and Coumadin clinics, defibrillator and pacemaker care, routine and nuclear stress, 24 hour holter and 30 day event monitoring
Wound care clinic and Dialysis Center located next door in hospital.
Financial package to include 2 year guaranteed salary, loan repayment assistance, malpractice insurance, health ins. including family, life, LT/ST disability, pension plan, 4 weeks vacation/CME with $2125 towards expenses, relocation.
