Current practice volume has been 20-30 patients daily in clinic.
Their Diabetes Institute provides extensive education and support service, with one-on-one and self management classes available.
Financial package to include highly competitive base salary, production bonuses, generous benefits package to include malpractice, health including family, life, dental, vision, disability, pension plan, 38 total days PTO/CME with $4K expenses, relocation expenses, licensure/dues/ fees paid.
