Associate Medical Director Opportunity North of Seattle, WA
Large Multi-Specialty group just north of Seattle seeks highly qualified candidates for the position of Associate Medical Director.
* This position if available due to growth of group. They currently have 8 clinics and are affiliated with a 130+ bed hospital providing full range of care.
* The ideal candidate should have minimum of 3 years previous Physician Leadership experience and 5 years of clinical. Preference to be clinically trained in FM, IM or EM and Washington licensed.
* This position will be 50% administrative duties and 50% clinical. They will report to the Chief Physician Officer.
* Candidate will be responsible for establishment of procedure, protocol, control quality, outcomes, peer review, strategy & financial planning and extracting data for reporting.
* Salary will be mid $200's with negotiable signing bonus. Benefits package includes: health, life, LT/ST Disability, dental, vision, 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week CME + $3,000, 403B retirement and relocation expenses covered.
