Chief Nursing Officer Needed for Established St. Louis Hospital System
A premier healthcare system with Multi campus' Hospitals in St. Louis is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer responsible for patient care and operations of the Nursing Staff..
* This person will oversee planning, organizing and supervision of 500 FTE's with 10 Direct Reports and a $180 million gross budget.
* Will develop and implement short and long term business plans and policies to reach established goals.
* Ideal candidate must have three years of previous CNO experience preferably in a For Profit Hospital setting
* This position will report directly to the CEO of 2 hospital system.
* Highly competitive compensation DOE and ability to earn additional bonus. Benefits package will include health, life LT/ST disability, vision, dental, 4 weeks + 6 paid holidays, CME includes 1 week and $1,5000 , 401K retirement plan and relocation expenses covered.
