Director of Behavioral Health in St. Louis Metro Area
A premier healthcare organization in the St. Louis region is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health duties will include:
* Provide oversight and management of hospital's behavioral health center, its budget, operations and programs.
* Responsible for assuring the Vision and Strategic Goals of the Center support that of the hospital.
* Provide sound leadership principles that assure solid financial, quality, customer and service delivery in keeping with best practice standards.
* This inpatient facility has 150 FTE's and 4 Clinical Safety Managers who manage 3 adult units and 1 adolescent unit with a total of 74 beds.
* Candidate must have master's degree in social work, psychology, or nursing. Previous clinical experience 3-5 years, 2-3 years of supervisory experience and 1-3 years experience as Director of an inpatient program preferred.
* Compensation package includes: top pay plus management bonus with sign on bonus negotiable, also full hospital benefits including 401K retirement plan with relocation expenses covered.
