Salary for full time IMs will be $160,000 to $170,000 the first year and $190,00 to $200,00 in your second year. Full time FP Salaries will range around $175,000 the first yeat and $200,000 to $230,000 the second year. Paid Malpractice, Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Plus Fully funded retirement plan. Vacation is 5 weeks and CME is 1 week. Call taken by the hospitalist with you providing only telephone call for the group's patients for a 1:7 call rotation.
