We are actively seeking BC/BE Family Practitioners with OB to join our organization. We are currently supported by 4 physicians and 3 NPs. Practitioners will be expected to see an average of 20 patients per day in the clinic. This is a 4 days per week, full time position. We are a good close group of practitioners who get along well together and work well with all staff. We maintain a good reputation and quality medical staff and have an overall Patient Satisfaction Score of 90.7. Procedures are open to the preference of the individual practitioner such as IUD insertions, simple lesion removals, vasectomies, colposcopy, etc. Our service area is 10,000.
Our site qualified for HPSA Loan Repayment with a score of 5. Theoretically one could get all loan deb paid through this program as well as State loan repayment. System Loan repayment available as well. Call is 1:6 or about once a week. Our physicians back up the NPs during the week, once per week for each NP. This has worked well. We have weekend locum tenens for the ER (Friday evening through Monday morning). Our weekend on-call physician does rounds, Saturday morning clinic, admissions and assists with major trauma, if necessary.
