• Can be Independent Contractor or Employed positions
• Does not need IL license, any active state license will work
• Getting credentialed in 30 days
• M-F; 8a-5p practice
• NO CALL
• If employed, benefits with Malpractice with tail and 3-weeks of vacation and 12 paid holidays
• 1 year renewable contracts
