VISTA Physician Select is representing a rewarding, full-time opportunity for a BE/BC Family Medicine physician who also performs Obstetrics in beautiful northern California. Highlights of this position include:
Opportunity Benefits:
* Family Medicine with low-volume Obstetrics; C-sections optional
* Currently one of the three physicians performs C-sections
* There are two general surgeons who perform C-sections
* Currently three Family Medicine physicians who do Obstetrics share a yearly volume of 100 deliveries; service area of 15,000
* Call is a seven-day call schedule running Tuesday-Monday
* Each physician covers his/her own patients during the week; physician covers the group's patients on weekends
* Physician tries to deliver his/her own patients whenever possible
* Opportunity for moonlighting in the emergency department
