The Practice:
Facility is seeking a primary care physician for physician for a new office location in Southwest CT!
Candidate must be BE/BC with a strong interest in prevention, a desire to help transform our practice into a Patient Centered Medical Home.
Opportunity to serve as faculty for our residency programs.
Family Practice candidates who are interested in an adult practice will be considered.
Candidates with an interest in expanding their practice as medical director of local skilled nursing facilities are preferred.
Position is full-time, employed. Â Call coverage will be 1 in 5, with no inpatient responsibilities.
