The Practice:
Step into an existing practice and be busy from day 1!
Facility is seeking a primary care physician for an existing single-provider office to replace a physician who is retiring in July 2014.
The practice has a panel of approximately 1500 patients. Â Be busy from Day 1!
Candidate must be BE/BC with a strong interest in prevention, a desire to help transform our practice into a Patient Centered Medical Home.
Opportunity to serve as faculty for our residency programs.
Family Practice candidates who are interested in an adult practice will be considered.
Candidates with an interest in expanding their practice as medical director of local skilled nursing facilities are preferred.
