Lancaster Community Hospital is a 117-bed acute care facility serving a community of approximately 120,000 and a service area of 400,000. The facility has 4 OR suites and does open-heart surgeries. The ER has 16-18,000 annual visits, 50% of admissions are from ER. The payer mix for the facility is 60% managed care, 35% Medicare. The hospital does not provide pediatric or OB services.
