Matrix Providers is searching for a Family Practice Physician to work at a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Hibbing, MN (90 miles NW of Duluth). This is a full time position. Candidate will interview by phone with the Lead Physician. This is a two physician clinic.
Qualifications – Physicians shall meet the following qualifications:
Education. Successfully completed a Doctorate of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from a school in the US or Canada approved by a recognizing accredited body in the year of the applicant’s application.
Successfully completed a post-graduate medical training accredited program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Board Certification is required.
Licensure. Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license to practice as a physician in Minnesota , possess a valid, unrestricted DEA, possess a Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (BNDD) number as required by state agencies where the provider is licensed. Have and maintain a BLS Card.
Experience. Shall have a minimum of one year of experience within the last three years working as a Family Practice Physician.
