Description Hospitalist job in Wisconsin. Seeking a BE/BC IM/Peds or Family Medicine physician to work full time as a Hospitalist in Baraboo area of Wisconsin. This position will work Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. one week, and Monday through Thursday 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. the alternate week. There is the possibility of some weekend rotations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing hospitalist department that offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to help develop the department. The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing children and adults in both med/surg and ICU settings. This full time position offers a competitive salary, and excellent benefits package. Nestled in ancient and beautiful bluffs, the Baraboo area is exciting to explore. Located next to the natural beauty of Devils Lake State Park, Baraboo is also home to Circus World Museum, offering live circus performances each summer and museum exhibits year round. We also offer a wide variety of art galleries, gift shops and specialty stores. Area consists of six elementary schools, one middle, and one high school. Parents can also choose between one Catholic and one Lutheran school. Located 120 miles from Milwaukee, and about 200 miles from both Chicago and St. Paul-Minneapolis.
