Lotus Clinical Research, LLC is a clinical research organization located at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, California. Established in 2001, Lotus operates a 40-bed clinical trial unit which focuses on Phase 1-4 industry-sponsored studies (outpatient & short in-patient stay).
Lotus is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Physician. Experience in industry-sponsored studies is highly desirable, but not required.
The responsibilities of the Clinical Research Physician include oversight of all aspects of the assigned study including supervision of staff directly involved in the study and evaluation of subjects from the consent/screening phase to last study visit. The ideal candidate works collegially with other clinical investigators and junior staff, is able to follow study protocol as approved by the Institutional Review Board, communicates promptly and effectively with the industry Medical Monitor, and is able to establish an honest physician-subject rapport that prioritizes subject safety and integrity of data reporting/documentation. This position requires an active, unrestricted California medical license. Lotus will apply for privileges at Huntington Memorial Hospital.
Lotus offers a competitive based salary starting at 200,000 with a full benefit package. There is three weeks of vacation a year and paid holidays. Malpractice insurance will be provided.
