Our North Atlantic Regional Medical Command Contract provides Medical Treatment Facilities with a variety of health care services to include Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Post-Deployment Health Assessments (PHDA), and Post-Deployment Health Re-Assessment (PDHRA).
We are searching for Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians interested in the following locations as a home-base of operations:
Guthrie Ambulatory Health Care Clinic located at Fort Drum, NY
Ireland Army Community Hospital located at Fort Knox, KY
Screening activities may be provided at the home-base or may require travel to other Medical Treatment Facilities. Travel may be up to 6 weeks at a time. 2/3 of time will be spent at home base, 1/3 of time will be spent in travel. When at the home base providers will provide health care functions consistent with their specialty. On travel the screening activities will be used to assess soldiers’ general and specific health status prior to deployment and post deployment; document health status using appropriate Military Health System (MHS) forms and automated information systems; make referrals to appropriate health care specialists for additional screening or treatment; and to provide appropriate medical services.

Up to $115 per hour for Independent Contractors or up to $100 per hour for Employees!
Any U.S. or territory medical license accepted!
U.S. citizenship and credentialing for Military Sites is required.
Candidates must maintain a valid DEA registration number.
Candidates must be board eligible/board certified in their respective field with continuous employment in the practice of medicine or in training for 1 year prior to commencement of services under the contract.
Clinical experience diagnosing and treating primary care conditions and knowledge of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and related conditions required.
