Carolina Family Medicine & Urgent Care is currently seeking a physician to fill a full time position in our Family Practice & Urgent Care facility located in Winchester, TN.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Providing medical patient care by interviewing, examining and treating of clinical patients in order to meet their medical needs
•Educating patients on wellness, prevention and early detection by providing materials and resources to the patients and families
•Determining what referrals and/or are required based on examination and patient needs and also meet company referral expectations
•Documenting all services in patient medical record
•Consulting with Chief Medical Officer and other professionals on staff as needed regarding patient care, assessment, and education issues
•Participating in quality improvement, management, and any other company required programs
•Overseeing mid-level medical staff as assigned as well as nursing clinical staff
•Assisting in the resolution of complaints, requests and inquiries from patients
•Maintaining confidentiality of all patient information according to HIPAA regulations
•Building and maintaining patient volume
