Our client seeks a primary care physician to serve as a Clinician and Chief Medical Officer for a fast growing and innovative health-care organization. The new physician will serve as Chief Medical Officer for the organization while also staffing a clinic located in a new state-of-the-art facility located in the Pioneer Square area of Seattle.
The clinic will serve the employees of several corporations; the physician will provide primary care, chronic disease management and wellness promotion services. As CMO, the physician will manage clinical staff, lead improvement initiatives, and participate in the leadership and marketing teams. This is an exciting location in one of the hottest settings in the city, near the International and Stadium Districts, and a few steps from the under-ground transportation hub.

The practice provides leading edge tools, including: health risk assessments, remote monitoring software for high risk patients, a 24-hour nurse hotline, an electronic medical record, claims analysis and a unique rewards program to incentivize employee behavior.
