Carolina Family Medicine & Urgent Care is currently seeking to fill full time outpatient Primary Care and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician positions at multiple locations in North Carolina. Benefits and pay are nationally competitive. Productivity bonuses and other incentives are available. You will be responsible for a standard outpatient practice with no evening or weekend responsibilities and no hospital rounds. Many locations are currently open Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. These are the ideal positions for physicians eager to build a thriving practice while developing long standing relationships with patients and becoming part of a community.
We are a statewide network of offices that provide easy access to referral services including multiple specialties, CT, Ultrasound, Sleep Studies, Allergy testing, women’s health care, advanced laboratory studies, on-site X-rays, electro diagnostic studies and more. Our mission is to be the leading ‘one stop shop’ for complete medical care provided with the personal care and attention found in a traditional practice environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Providing high quality, high value patient care
• Educating patients on wellness, prevention and early detection by providing materials and resources to the patients and their families
• Determining what referrals are required based on examination and patient needs
• Documenting all services in patient medical record
• Consulting with Chief Medical Officer and other professionals on staff as needed regarding systems of patient care and staff education issues
• Participating in quality improvement, management, and any other company required programs
• Overseeing mid-level medical staff as assigned
• Assisting in the resolution of complaints, requests and inquiries from patients
• Maintaining confidentiality of all patient information according to HIPAA regulations
• Assist in building a thriving and dynamic practice
