The retirement of a 25-year physician and increasing patient volumes requires the addition of a GI doc able to see 100+ outpatients/week and perform 1000+ procedures/year. The remaining partner shares weekday and weekend call with another private group on campus, 1 in 5 weekday/weekend. He is able to provide a partnership track, go solo and share overhead of office space/staff and the practice's Nurse Practitioner, or employ a new physician directly. ERCP training is preferred, but not required. Huge demand in the community has resulted in a 6-month wait for screening colonoscopies at both independent practices in town--an incoming physician will have a full, vibrant practice immediately.
