Geriatric Psychiatrist needed for San Antonio and/or South Austin!
We provide evaluations, psychiatric management and mental healthcare services to the Geriatric community in a nursing home and assisted living setting. Our multi-disciplinary team realizes that older adults have special physical, emotional, and social needs. Understanding this, the geriatric psychiatrist, with a team of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and psychotherapists (LCSW, LPC, PhD/PsyD), takes a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment.
Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking mental healthcare professionals for both full-time and/or part-time positions throughout the state of Texas!
BC/BE Psychiatrist:
Must have strong interest in Geriatric care - will consider Psychiatrist or Neurologist.
Established patient base, must be willing to supervise Mid-level Practitioners and work alongside of Psychotherapy team.
TX license preferred - MD/DO
BC/BE Psychiatry or Neurologist
Medicare/Medicaid a PLUS
Must be willing to travel to nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the assigned geographic region as well as work emergencies, PRN, as needed.
