* Allina Medical Clinic-Coon Rapids is one of Allina's largest clinics with over 90 providers providing service in the following areas: Allergy, Athletic Trainers, Audiology, DEXA Scan, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Endocrinology, ENT, Family Practice, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Laboratory, Mammography, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Optical Shop, Orthopedic Surgery, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine, Rheumatology, Ultrasound, Urgent Care, and X-Ray.
* Patients are admitted to Mercy Hospital, a 252-bed facility located just minutes from the clinic.
* Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with additional certification or Geriatric fellowship with experience advising elder patients in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of disorders common to the aging process.
* Work with interprofessional teams in clinic and skilled nursing facilities, inpatient/outpatient consults and provide subacute care (clinic and hospital work is optional).
* Minimal call requirement.
* Part time options are available.
* An electronic medical record system is utilized.
