VISTA Physician Search and Consulting is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine or Geriatrics physician for a permanent part-time position in beautiful western upstate New York. Benefits of this full-time permanent position include:

* Provide care 20 hours per week to elderly patients in the long-term care facility
* Offer warmth and dignity to patients and their families
* Flexible scheduling; i.e., work 2-5 days per week
* See scheduled patients with anticipated daily volume of 18, depending on acuity
* Nurses go on patient visits with physician
* Admissions are rare
* Join current team of one full-time physician and two nurse practitioners
* Call will be two weeknights per month and one weekend every 6-8 weeks
* Will receive 8 hours off following taking weekend call
* Long-term care facility has five (5) units; new physician will be responsible for two (2) units
* A competitive salary guarantee of $95,000 to $100,000 will be offered along with a benefits package
