The Cancer Center at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital has been accredited by the American College of Surgeons as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center since 1993. The Cancer Center is comprised of a Women’s Imaging and Advanced Diagnostic Breast Center, two inpatient units: medical oncology unit and surgical oncology unit, two Infusion centers, Radiation Oncology with brachy therapy and IMRT capabilities, a New Patient Evaluation and Quick Response clinic, and a Psychosocial Department. The Cancer Center at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital is actively involved in numerous clinical trials and provides comprehensive and holistic cancer care across the continuum of care.
