Responsible for supporting the development of Electronic Health information systems and Practice Management systems that assist clinicians in the delivery of patient care. Assist the R&D team and Regulatory Affairs team by representing the needs and requirements of the physician and clinician community. Help the regulatory team identify how regulatory requirements will impact physician’s workflows and practices. Work collaboratively with Product Management teams to translate clinician requirements into specifications for new product enhancements, workflows and features. Participate in Product User Councils meetings, product usability audits and regulatory requirement audits.
DUTIES / ACTIVITIES
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
• Responsible for driving the CGM culture through values and customer service standards.
• Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal contacts.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships through effective and timely communication.
• Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Primary task will be to work with usability and design of workflows in the CGM US EHR product-folio and be a part of the final test and approval team for CGM US product releases.
• Work with developing of new add-on service, to ensure that they bring added-value the customers; are smart, easy to use and easy to implement.
• Will be the primary liaison between CGM and customers on regulatory issues to effect the EMR/EHR marketplace
• Give input on regulations and standards of care the healthcare sector has mandated
• Attend User Council meetings to interact and give expertise on the clinical side of strategic products
