1st Solution has partnered with a Dallas-based provider of healthcare informatics solutions who is seeking a Population Health Specialist. Our client’s services address population health and help healthcare organizations implement a patient-centric, integrated care delivery model.
In this role you will provide implementation services to support their clients who are working to implement their clinical software solutions. You will provide clinical expertise during these implementation projects, aligning your nursing background to the needs of the client.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Direct analysis of customer's business requirements and project objectives;
- Estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects;
- Conduct periodic status checks with the customer and team to assess progress.
- Prepare status reports on all project activities.
- Participate in testing and documentation
- May direct pre-sales support activities as needed.
