Great locum tenens job opportunity for a Hematology/Oncology doctor on the coast of Massachusetts. This hospital-based Hematology/Oncology group is in need of sporadic vacation coverage throughout the summer. They are very flexible with the coverage situation; open to three days per week, full-time, or every other full week. Let us know your availability! Doctor will see 14-16 PPD with 7-10 consults per week. The hospital has 12 chemo chairs. Hematology/Oncology clinic in the hospital is the main location for procedures with rounding at the hospital. No call is anticipated at this point. Procedures are Chemotherapy-mixed and administered by Oncology RNs in the office, Bone Marrow Aspirations, Treatment of Lymphomas, Anemia, Bleeding Disorders, Carcinomas, Breast Tumors, Skeletal, Neck, Head, and Chest Neoplasm. Hours are M-F, 8AM-5PM, and the locums will have the support of an Oncology RN and a personal secretary. The location is possibly one of the most sought-after spots in the US!
