Excellent locum tenens job opportunity for Medical Oncologist in coastal northwest California. A multi-specialty clinic with 15 partners, two of which are Hematology/Oncology physicians, is in need of vacation coverage beginning in July. Doctor will see an average of 15 patients per day. Office hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Facility has two exam/procedure rooms per provider, nine infusion chairs, is fully staffed with three to four RNs, two NPs, as well as an Oncology Triage Nurse, and has its own lab. You will be rounding at the highly regarded, 120-bed local hospital, with 1:3 evening and weekend call schedule. This location is situated along the spectacular northern California coastline just a few hours north of San Francisco and is one of California's best kept secrets. The city is bordered on one side by Humboldt Bay and on the other by mountains lush with giant redwoods.
