This Medical Group is recruiting an Experienced Internal Medicine physician to join an existing hospitalist program at St.Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, Illinois. Family Med Providers may be eligible IF they have recent prior Hospitalist experience. Locums coverage needed until Perm starts. The hospitalist program has a 7 day on - 7 day off schedule and ample sub-specialty back up. Minimal procedures expected. Have Surgery back up for line placement and Anesthesia for intubations. Not responsible for code coverage. Will cover ICU, but have Pulmonary specialist back up as well. Schedule is 12 hrs/days with potential for call back for Night admits expected in a rotating schedule fashion 1/4 days. Carry pager daily for night call on own pt panel. St. Mary's is a 338 bed facility. Provide your most competitive bid. With Short time frame, please submit completed references and databank clearance with Bid submission. MUST come with IL license. Need 45 days to priviledge with Hospital. Need TWO providers - One to START April 7th for every other week cycle; One to START April 14th for every other week cycle through end of June.
