Philadelphia Nocturnist
Hours per pay (generally seven 12-hour shifts per two week period).
- Salary depending upon experience: $160K to 180K; plus benefits including quality and productivity incentive and CME allowance
- Position is Attending member of Adult medicine hospitalist group. Cares for all pts admitted to or placed in observation status on the Hospitalist Group Practice.
- Manages care in accordance with Core Measures, clinical and utilization protocols, practices with emphasis on quality, safety and high patient and referring physician satisfaction
- Documents care and treatment timely, effectively and demonstrates proficient use of electronic medical records.
