VISTA Physician Search and Consulting is seeking a board- certified Internist for a full-time Hospitalist position in suburban Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Benefits of this full-time permanent position include:

* Expect to work 12-hour shifts of 7 on/7 off scheduling
* Daytime shifts are from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. with the option of leaving early should your work be completed

* There is also what is called a swing shift (strictly admissions) from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
* Each physician will be expected to work 1 block of nights and 1 block of swing shifts approximately once every 10-12 weeks; the rest of the shifts will be daytime
* Patient encounters per physician average 15-18 per shift, with an average of 1-2 new admissions
* During the swing shift you can expect 8-12 admissions
* Attractive 2-year guaranteed salary will be offered with a production formula from day 1
* Additional incentive bonus is available starting year 2
