MN Central part of the state Specialty Requested: Hospitalist x 2 Other Acceptable Specialties: IM with Hospitalist Experience Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Type of Clinic (MSG, SSG, Solo, CH): Hospital Hospital/Facility Size (# beds/exam rooms): 120 bed acute care hospital, closed ICU Schedule: 7am-7pm; 12 hour shifts; 7on/7off, will consider 5on/9off rotation. Patient Volume: Average 12-18 patients per day, 8-10 total admissions per 24 hours Patient Ages: Adult Only IP/OP: IP Only Call: No Call, dedicated day and night shifts Support Staff: NP's, PA's, full specialist support available Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc): No Procedures Charting/Dictation: EMR BC/BE Requirement: BC or BE acceptable Any Limitations for Travel/Lodging? No Limitations DEA / CSR Requirements: DEA Required Medicare / Medicaid Requirements: Cannot have restrictions with either Certification Requirements (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.)BLS, ACLS Required
